What you will do

•Design mobile-first landing pages and conversion flows optimized for speed, clarity, and intent.

•Produce performance-focused variants weekly (A/B-ready) with clear hypotheses andmessaging alignment

•Optimize conversion flows beyond the landing page: steps, friction points, errors, pricingpresentation, and trust elements.

•Partner with Landing Dev for implementation and QA; ensure designs are test-ready and tracked correctly.

•Maintain a reusable landing page component library to accelerate shipping.

What you must have

•Experience: 3+ years designing landing pages and conversion flows (performance-focused).

•Fast in Figma and comfortable shipping variants under weekly cadence.

•Strong understanding of persuasion hierarchy, user intent, and friction reduction.

•Experience collaborating with growth teams and iterating from performance data.

How success is measured

•Variants shipped per week (planned vs shipped).

•Conversion lift contributions (by step).

•Design-to-live speed and QA defect rate.
