Overview:We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect (Insurance) – a profile that combines the competencies of a technology architect with those of a business and technology consultant. The role requires strong advisory capabilities, the ability to engage with stakeholders across the organization, and the confidence to recommend and justify technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders

• Identify, map, and manage key stakeholders across the organization

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technology architecture recommendations

• Provide strategic guidance on architecture and technology decisions

• Assess existing systems and propose scalable and sustainable architectural solutions

• Collaborate with business, technical, and delivery teams to align technology with business goals

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technology Consultant

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven experience in independently conducting workshops and discovery sessions

• Ability to formulate, present, and justify technological recommendations

• Solid understanding of the technological complexity of insurance organizations

Domain Expertise:

• London Market insurance experience is essential

Technology Environment:The client’s technology landscape includes:

• Microsoft / Azure ecosystem

• Enterprise-class insurance platforms, including:

  • DXC OpenBox (policy administration system)

  • Verisk Suite, particularly Verisk SQL on the claims side

• Extensive custom-built solutions developed in Blazor .NET
