Senior Typescript Developer (AWS)

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join a team responsible for the development and optimization of enterprise-grade digital applications in the transport and logistics sector.

The project involves building event-driven backend systems, analytical dashboards, and interfaces integrating various customer systems.

You will work in a modern cloud-native environment utilizing serverless and container-based architectures.

• Duration: Contract from March 2, 2026, to December 31, 2026 (with possible extension).

• Work Model: 100% Remote (Europe-based location required).

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize existing frontend and backend applications, microservices, and interfaces.

• Implement technical adjustments within the AWS cloud environment (infrastructure, databases, services).

• Plan and execute maintenance activities throughout the application lifecycle (e.g., library updates, security patches).

• Analyze and resolve technical issues, including staging, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Contribute to architectural concepts and maintain technical documentation in English.

• Actively participate in agile processes (Scrum) and regular team coordination meetings.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in full-stack software development using TypeScript.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing event-driven applications in AWS, specifically with serverless components: Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, DynamoDB, S3.

• Practical experience using AWS CDK for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD deployments (e.g., Git-based pipelines).

• Fluent English (sufficient for all development activities and documentation). German language skills are a plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Frontend development experience with React.

• Experience with container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, AWS Fargate).

• Experience with various database technologies (SQL-based, DynamoDB, Redis).

• Basic software development experience with Python.

• Familiarity with ETL processes using Apache Spark / PySpark.

• Experience working in agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.
