Join a global leader in the tourism and cruise industry to manage and evolve their internal application ecosystem. This is not a greenfield project—you will take ownership of existing solutions, performing reverse engineering where necessary, and further developing tools that streamline business operations. Beyond coding, you will act as a mentor and support for citizen developers, helping to shape the company’s Power Platform governance.

Rate: 100-120 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B).
Duration: Long-term (12 months+).
Start Date: ASAP (max. 2 months notice).
Working Hours: 9:00 – 17:00 CET (strict availability required).
Location: 100% Remote.
Language: English (B2+ / frequent business calls).
Responsibilities
Application Evolution: Maintaining and expanding existing Power Apps (Canvas) with a SharePoint Online backend.
Flow Automation: Designing and enhancing complex Power Automate workflows.
Reverse Engineering: Analyzing and documenting existing solutions to improve their performance and scalability.
Governance & Support: Supporting business users and "citizen developers," and potentially implementing the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with business units to translate needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
Core Expertise: Mastery of Power Apps Canvas, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
Certifications (Mandatory): PL-100 or PL-200.
Certifications (Nice to have): PL-400 (Developer), PL-600 (Solution Architect), or PL-900.
Soft Skills: High proactivity, independent problem-solving, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Additional Assets
Experience in environment management and user governance.
Practical knowledge of implementing/managing the Power Platform Center of Excellence.
