About the Role
We are hiring an elite Senior Media Buyer to completely own and scale our Google and YouTube advertising ecosystem. This is not a "set-and-forget" management role. We need an absolute executioner in the Google Ads platform who has personally managed and scaled budgets to multiple 7-figures per month profitably.
You will live in the platform daily—obsessively researching competition, mining search terms, testing new angles, and architecting our search and video acquisition strategy to maximize efficiency at scale.
What You’ll Own
Campaign Scaling: Manage, scale, and optimize Google Ads and YouTube campaigns with multi-million dollar monthly budgets.
A/B Testing: Build and execute a relentless testing roadmap for YouTube creatives, Search copy, Performance Max structures, and landing pages.
Competitor Intelligence: Obsessively research competitor ads, landing pages, and offers to reverse-engineer their success.
Data Mining: Mine search query reports daily to uncover new keyword opportunities and ruthlessly eliminate wasted spend.
Creative Strategy: Partner closely with the Creative Director to dictate high-converting YouTube assets and copy based on hard data.
Performance Tracking: Take full accountability for channel profitability, reporting daily and weekly on CAC, ROAS, and scaling opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
Proven Scale: Track record of personally scaling Google and YouTube accounts to multiple 7-figures per month in profitable ad spend.
Platform Expertise: Absolute mastery of the Google Ads platform, including Search, YouTube, and Performance Max.
Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical, comfortable living in spreadsheets, and capable of making decisions purely based on data.
Extreme Ownership: A proactive operator who drives growth and optimizes without waiting for instructions.
Creative Bridge: Ability to effectively translate media buying data into actionable creative strategy.
Strong Plus:
Experience scaling high-growth DTC, consumer tech, or premium hardware brands.
Deep understanding of YouTube creative frameworks and conversion drivers.
Experience managing large budgets across international markets (US and Europe).
Who This Is NOT For
You need step-by-step instructions or detailed onboarding to structure a campaign.
You have only managed smaller budgets (under $100k/month) or have never scaled a brand aggressively.
You prefer passive monitoring over daily, hands-on optimization.
You rely on agencies or junior buyers to do the actual in-platform work.
You are uncomfortable being held accountable for strict CAC and ROAS targets at high scale.
