Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java/React)

• Project Type: Long-term

• Start Date: March 2026.

• Work Model: 100% Remote.

Responsibilities

• System Decoupling: Lead the transition from on-premises monolithic architecture to a modern, modular cloud-native platform.

• Backend Excellence: Develop and optimize scalable services using Java and microservices patterns.

• Fullstack Capabilities: (For Fullstack roles) Design and implement responsive, high-performance frontends using React.js.

• Data & Messaging: Implement robust data flows using Kafka and manage complex SQL databases.

• Cloud Orchestration: Deploy and manage services within an Azure environment using Kubernetes.

• Performance Monitoring: Utilize APM tools (Dynatrace) to ensure system stability and optimize resource consumption during and after migration.

Requirements

• Backend: 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.

• Architecture: Strong understanding of Microservices, API design, and cloud-native patterns.

• Cloud: Hands-on experience with Azure and Kubernetes.

• Messaging & Data: Proficiency in Apache Kafka and SQL.

• Observability: Experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools is highly valued.

• Frontend (Fullstack only): Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend state management.

• Communication: Excellent command of English, enabling seamless collaboration in a professional technical environment.
