About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing AI company specializing in automating customer service for enterprise contact centers. Since 2018, they’ve built an advanced AI platform enabling natural, personalized conversations across phone, chat, and messaging apps. The company operates globally and serves clients in industries like insurance, e-commerce, utilities, and travel.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop efficient backend solutions using Node.js and TypeScript

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies into the existing codebase

• Share technical knowledge and actively participate in code reviews

• Take full ownership of tasks from inception to deployment while maintaining business context

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in backend engineering

• Strong hands-on knowledge of:

  • OOP with TypeScript

  • Node.js

  • MongoDB

  • Docker

• Willingness and ability to mentor, lead, and share knowledge with peers

• Fluent English communication skills, demonstrated in past projects and direct team collaboration

• Passion for writing clean, modular, maintainable, testable, and scalable code
