Client Description

Our client is a global non-profit organization providing technology services to the social sector. The organization specializes in delivering modern tools, software, technical support, and cloud solutions to non-governmental organizations worldwide.

Their mission is to enable the effective use of technology in social impact initiatives — both locally and globally.

The organization is currently undergoing a strategic system transformation, including the migration of Zendesk and ERP environments to the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Azure Functions and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

The person in this role will act as technical support for the client-side architect based in the US.

This is a highly hands-on role. The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly deliver solutions, work independently, and effectively support the lead specialist responsible for the migration.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical support during the migration of Zendesk and ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics

• Implement, develop, and maintain solutions using Azure Functions

• Integrate and process data across multiple systems within the Azure / Dynamics ecosystem

• Collaborate closely with the lead architect in the US (occasional work during later hours may be required)

• Deliver solutions in a hands-on, execution-focused manner

• Participate in tasks related to Microsoft Fabric (experience is a plus)

Technical Requirements

Must have:

• Strong experience with Azure Functions

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (integrations, migrations, or development)

• Experience working with integration systems and data processing

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with architects and stakeholders

• English level: B2+ minimum (daily collaboration with US-based teams)

Nice to have:

• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Fabric

• Experience in migrations from Zendesk or ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics
