Senior Agile Coach

We are looking for a high-level strategist to build Agile planning maturity within a large-scale, multi-stakeholder organization. This role moves beyond basic ceremonies and theory—the focus is on practical application in complex delivery environments. You will be responsible for aligning multiple Agile teams and ensuring that leadership understands how to achieve predictable outcomes through structured planning and effective Business–IT collaboration.

• Start Date: May 18, 2026.

• Duration: 3 months (Initial) with high potential extension to November 2026.

• Location: Remote 

• Rate: Up to 200 pln/h

Responsibilities

• Maturity Building: Developing Agile understanding and planning capabilities across the business and leadership levels.

• Strategic Planning: Shaping Roadmap processes and supporting Program Increment (PI) or increment-level planning.

• Alignment & Capacity: Managing dependencies and ensuring capacity alignment across multiple parallel teams.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a bridge between IT and non-IT audiences, translating Agile concepts into actionable business guidance.

• Asset Creation: Developing lightweight training materials, planning playbooks, and tailored guidance for the organization's specific context.

Requirements

• Expertise: Proven experience coaching senior leadership and business stakeholders in Agile environments operating at scale.

• Scaled Models: A strong track record with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or comparable program-based models.

• Outcome-Focused: A pragmatic, non-prescriptive mindset—focused on results rather than strict framework adherence.

• Influence: Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively and influence behavior through credibility and trust.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical and Agile concepts to non-technical audiences in English.
