SAP Test Manager

You will lead the testing strategy and execution for a comprehensive SAP landscape. Your primary focus will be on managing User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing phases. This is a highly collaborative role that requires you to orchestrate test workshops, lead kick-off meetings, and ensure that all defects (Test Messages) are followed up on diligently. You will be the central point of coordination, ensuring that all testing activities align with the project's Go-Live objectives.

Responsibilities

• Test Coordination: Conducting Test Workshops and Kick-off meetings to align stakeholders and testers.

• Lifecycle Management: Managing the full cycle of UAT and Regression phases, including defect follow-ups and status calls.

• Solman Administration: Creating and activating Test Plans, managing Test Packages, closing plans, and extracting data for comprehensive reporting.

• Reporting & Communication: Preparing progress updates, identifying blockers, and creating slide decks for high-stakes meetings (Kick-off, Go/No-Go).

• Post-Implementation: Conducting post-Go-live analysis to ensure system stability and process improvement.

Requirements

• Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP Test Management, specifically within UAT and Regression testing environments.

• Tool Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SAP Solution Manager for test planning and reporting.

• Communication: Exceptional coordination skills with the ability to lead meetings and manage diverse stakeholder groups.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to extract data for reporting and provide clear, actionable insights to project leadership.
