🛠️ Service Description

We manage a large-scale network environment comprising several thousand components. These components must be regularly patched and monitored for end-of-life status and vulnerabilities. Security incidents must be assessed and addressed promptly to maintain compliance and operational stability.

📋 Tasks

• Technical planning and coordination of software/hardware updates

• Preparation of changes and execution planning

• Presentation of planned activities in Change Advisory Boards, if required

• Implementation and post-implementation review of updates

• Mentorship and support for junior and mid-level colleagues, particularly with complex updates

• Handling various service requests in the network environment

🧠 Quality Requirements / Specific Skills

• Strong networking background with hands-on experience

• Deep expertise in Cisco, F5, and ADVA

• Familiarity with GitLab and Ansible

• High standards for work quality; proactive attitude towards learning from mistakes

• Professional and friendly communication with stakeholders (internal and external)

• Solid communication skills and team-oriented mindset

• Previous experience in regulated banking environments is a strong plus

• Willingness to work outside of regular hours (evenings/weekends) on a scheduled basis

🌐 Language Requirements

• Fluent English (German language skills are a plus)
