  • Design and implement improved workflows that match our organisational and operational requirements

  • Configure custom fields, issue types, schemes, and automations in Jira to enhance ticket management

  • Collaborate with Network Operations, City Operations, and Development teams to identify current challenges and requirements

  • Map existing business processes (e.g., outage notifications, service provisioning, fault handling) onto best-practice Jira workflows

  • Pinpoint opportunities to consolidate tools and processes within Jira or via integrations

  • Integrate Jira with third-party applications (e.g., scheduling tools, internal OSS/BSS, or other APIs) to ensure seamless data flow (e.g., ONT status, appointment scheduling, outage notifications)

  • Develop automation scripts or utilise Marketplace apps to reduce manual tasks and data duplication

  • Coordinate with Development teams and external vendors to ensure robust, secure integrations

  • Define and document Jira usage standards, naming conventions, and permission models

  • Produce user guides and deliver training for cross-functional teams

  • Advise on governance practices to maintain consistent Jira usage and data integrity over time

  • Work with senior leadership (CTO, Directors) and operational teams to align Jira enhancements with strategic objectives

  • Provide recommendations on how to maximise Jira’s capabilities (or additional Atlassian tools) to meet evolving needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Jira administration in complex, multi-project environments

  • Demonstrable expertise in configuring Jira: workflows, permission schemes, screens, notification schemes, etc

  • Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, Tempo)

  • Familiarity with integrating Jira using REST APIs, webhooks, or middleware solutions

  • Previous success in requirements gathering and translating business processes into Jira frameworks

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams

  • Track record of thriving in fast-paced environments that require adaptability

  • Desirable: Atlassian certifications, knowledge of Agile/DevOps, or experience with other Atlassian products (Confluence, Bitbucket)

Offer:

  • Private medical care

  • Co-financing for the sports card

  • Constant support of dedicated consultant

  • Employee referral program
