Lead Frontend Angular Developer

Take technical ownership of the frontend layer for an enterprise intelligence platform designed to empower sales teams with AI-driven recommendations, knowledge discovery, and CRM data integration. As the Lead Frontend Developer, you will architect, set up, and structure an Angular Progressive Web App (PWA) with a strong mobile-first focus. You will collaborate closely with Backend, AI, DevOps, and Product teams, make critical technical decisions, and mentor other frontend developers to deliver a high-quality, scalable MVP.

• End Date: August 31, 2026.

• Core Project Scope: Building an MVP featuring an AI-driven knowledge base (RAG-based), a comprehensive dashboard, and a specialized professional profile view ("iCARD").

• Ecosystem: Enterprise cloud platform integrating data warehouses, CRMs, and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Architecture: Design and implement the core frontend architecture, initial setup, and project structure.

• Technical Leadership: Take full accountability for frontend delivery, make strategic technical choices, and provide guidance/mentoring to the team.

• Cross-Team Integration: Collaborate seamlessly with .NET Backend, AI, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration of cloud and AI models.

• Mobile & Offline Strategy: Optimize application performance using service workers, local caching strategies, and offline-first techniques.

• Quality & Observability: Oversee frontend testing, CI/CD pipelines, and telemetry/observability implementation.

Requirements

• Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS.

• PWA & Mobile Expertise: Proven experience designing PWA applications and mobile-first layouts.

• Hybrid Tools: Hands-on experience with hybrid mobile technologies like Capacitor, Ionic, or Cordova.

• Performance Engineering: Deep understanding of caching, service workers, application security, and REST API integration with a .NET ecosystem.

• Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business discussions smoothly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI chat UI, streaming tokens/responses, and text-to-speech/speech-to-text engines.

• Hands-on exposure to Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or similar cloud-native AI setups.

• Background in highly regulated enterprise environments (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Fintech).
