Role overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst with a strong focus on data validation, quality, and analytical accuracy, who enjoys working close to the data and understands how reliable datasets support critical business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Work hands-on with structured datasets to analyse, validate, and interpret data

• Design and execute data testing and validation activities to ensure high data quality

• Identify data issues, inconsistencies, and root causes, and propose practical solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data requirements and translate them into analytical outputs

• Support data processing workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of data reliability

Technical requirements (must have)

• Experience working with data, preferably within insurance, financial services, or similar regulated environments

• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and validating datasets

• Practical experience with data processing tools, such as Python, ETL pipelines, or comparable technologies

• Well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Solid understanding of data testing principles

  • Familiarity with Data Quality and Data Governance concepts

  • Experience working in data-driven organisations with complex data landscapes
