MLOps Engineer

As part of our continuous growth, new product introduction and market expansion, we're seeking additional Back-End Engineer's to join our dynamic team.

As an MLOps Engineer, you will design and maintain systems that enables scalable, reliable,

and efficient deployment of machine learning solutions. You’ll partner closely with data scientists

and ML researchers to bring models from experimentation to production, ensuring robust

integration with backend systems and CI/CD pipelines. Your role includes industrializing ML

workflows, implementing monitoring and observability, and optimizing compute resources for

model inference. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of our MLOps practices, support cross-

squad consistency in deployment strategies, and champion quality, automation, and traceability

throughout the ML lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, build, and maintain backend services that orchestrate and serve ML pipelines with

high availability and performance.

• Work closely with ML researchers and data scientists to transition experimental models into

scalable production-grade solutions.

• Drive the industrialization of ML workflows, including automation, CI/CD integration, and

deployment monitoring.

• Ensure code is rigorously validated, tested, and peer-reviewed, adhering to internal quality

standards and ML-specific requirements.

• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for ML services to ensure traceability and

performance at scale.

• Partner with infrastructure and DevOps teams to manage GPU provisioning, resource

scheduling, and cost-optimized model serving.

• Deploy ML models using Azure ML, MLflow, or equivalent platforms.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of backend software development experience, preferably in a SaaS or data-heavy

environment.

• Strong command of Python and familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django,

Flask).

• Experience productionizing ML models and building resilient ML pipelines that can scale in

real-time or batch processing contexts.

• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, but AWS/GCP also accepted),

Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

• Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Azure ML, MLflow, Kubeflow) and model versioning and

governance practices.

• Attention to clean architecture, validation of outputs, and rigorous testing.

• Experience interfacing with LLMs, model inference services, and optimizing compute

workloads for GPU environments.
