About the Role

Our clinet is seeking a passionate Flutter Developer to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse, complex projects while contributing to both mobile development and our broader technology ecosystem. You'll spend 80% of your time on Flutter development and 20% on Android (Java) development, driving projects from conception to delivery.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop high-quality Flutter applications from the ground up

• Architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions

• Write comprehensive automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability

• Collaborate on Android development using Java when needed

• Drive feature implementation with focus on performance and user experience

• Take ownership of projects and contribute to technical decision-making

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards

Essential Requirements

Technical Expertise:

• Extensive experience with Flutter development across diverse and complex projects

• Proven track record of building Flutter applications from scratch

• Strong architectural skills and ability to design scalable solutions

• Solid experience with automated testing frameworks and methodologies

• Understanding of mobile development best practices and performance optimization

• Java/Android development experience (can be learned on the job)

• Knowledge of state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod)

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
