    YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

    • Taking part in implementation projects (from the analysis stage, through implementation, training and commissioning of the system).
    • Analysis of customer needs and business requirements, mapping them to Salesforce capabilities.
    • Designing system functionalities according to business requirements.
    • Configuring solutions and process automation using Salesforce tools.
    • Conducting training for the client’s team.
    • Participation in the pre-sales process by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to the prospective clients.
    • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, both in Poland and abroad.



    WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

    • Minimum three years of experience with the Salesforce platform in the role of business consultant. 
    • Salesforce Certificates (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant).
    • History of work with clients. 
    • Fluent English (spoken and written).
    • The ability to create and present slideshows.
    • Analytical and conceptual thinking.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to make new contacts.
    • Responsibility, self-reliance, diligence, accuracy, punctuality and good organization of work.

    NICE TO HAVE: 

    • Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
