Job description

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Collaborating with clients to analyze business requirements.
  • Implementing solutions that leverage Revenue Cloud (Salesforce CPQ & Billing) and manage projects.
  • Partnering with our industry-leading team of Solutions Architects, Developers, and Technical Architects.
  • Solving complex problems and delivering top-notch Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations and enhancements to your clients.
  • Facilitate business process reviews to identify client requirements and processes.
  • Translating client requirements into Salesforce Revenue Cloud design, leveraging best practices, and minimizing the need for custom development.
  • Configuring Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Community Cloud solutions.
  • Developing technical requirements for internal developers as needed.
  • Delivering end-user training and documentation.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

  • 2 years of experience managing with proficiency in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and the willingness to become certified.
  • Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge of all aspects of Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  • Experience managing a Salesforce instance required. Exposure to multiple Salesforce instances is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required.
  • Sales Consultant certification preferred.
  • Refined ability to understand and assess how business processes can be improved using Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines at once.

NICE TO HAVE: 

  • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Billing solution.
  • Communicative German or Swedish.
