Senior Business Analyst

Salary: 100 - 130 PLN/h net + VAT

Your daily tasks will include

☁️ gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements – then turning them into actionable user stories and backlog items

☁️ leading discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points

☁️ identifying and documenting project/product goals 

☁️ modeling business processes using standard notations like UML/BPMN

☁️ preparing and facilitating client workshops, ideation sessions, and solution walkthroughs

☁️ collaborating closely with developers, designers, QAs, and product managers to shape digital solutions

☁️ supporting product delivery throughout the full project lifecycle

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels – from developers to executives

⭐️ Strong team playing skills, fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues throughout projects

⭐️ comfort using visual tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or Figma to capture, explore, and explain ideas

⭐️ innovative mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools  in everyday BA work

⭐️ the ability to synthesize large sets of business data into clear insights and decision-making inputs

⭐️ experience with advanced discovery techniques such as Event Storming, Event Modeling, or Domain Storytelling

⭐️ capability to challenge existing ways of working and introduce smarter, more efficient internal processes

⭐️ ownership mentality – you take initiative and drive BA work across the full delivery lifecycle

⭐️ fluency in English (B2)

⭐️ dedication to continuous skill advancement

⭐️ confidence working across various e-commerce platforms and architectures, e.g.: Shopify, commercetools, Medusa.js will be a plus
