Delivery Manager

Your daily tasks will include

☁️ Having responsibility for Projects Portfolio in aspects of portfolio planning, execution and reporting,
☁️ Leading a team of (Senior) Project Managers, supporting them,providing regular feedback and guidance,
☁️ Maintaining a relationship with Key Customers throughout the life cycle of the projects,
☁️ Participating in Steering Committee meetings,
☁️ Being the first line of response on the escalation path with Clients and managing project delivery issues early on,☁️ Negotiating contract terms that go beyond the competence of a project manager,
☁️ Driving best practices, making sure best-in-class project management skills and techniques are applied consistently throughout the department,
☁️ Delivering regular updates and insights to the Director and Senior Management on the state of the project portfolio,
☁️ Building knowledge-sharing & mentoring programs for PMs,
☁️ Bringing positive change vibe & improvements to our organization,
☁️ Collaborating with HRBP and Client Partner.

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ Have experience in a similar role at managerial level with end-to-end responsibility for projects (scope, team, budget, delivery, reporting),
⭐️ Have at least 6 years of experience in running IT projects (preferably e-commerce) as a Project Manager and a total of 8+ years in software development area,
⭐️ Have practical knowledge of the management methodologies including Agile and traditional approaches,
⭐️ Understand the SDLC end-to-end on a suitable level including knowledge of development and QA best practices,
⭐️ Have hands-on experience with software delivery as a part of the delivery team (developer, QA, BA etc.),
⭐️ You are able to plan and organize the work of a distributed team,
⭐️ Easily establish business connections,
⭐️ Have very good communication and negotiation skills,
⭐️ Are an inspiration for people and understand them well,
⭐️ Are proactive, you like to take the initiative, willingly take on new challenges, and want to develop,
⭐️ Speak English and Polish fluently (at least C1)
