    Responsibilities

    • Develop, mentor, and manage leaders across Business Analysis, Delivery Management, Design, Engineering, and PMO teams to ensure effective performance and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Oversee strategy, revenue, margin, and resource utilization for the Digital Commerce portfolio.
    • Lead revenue budgeting and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Drive account management strategies for strategic clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and acting as escalation point for critical issues.
    • Lead presales strategy, ensuring quality and alignment with sales goals, and oversee final offer review before submission.
    • Report portfolio health to senior leadership and actively engage in strategic account presales.
    • Support sales efforts and lead contract negotiations for key accounts.
    • Monitor and manage team attrition rates, ensuring stability across teams.
    • Represent operations in leadership meetings and align with business goals.


    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology projects and overseeing multiple software development projects.
    • Several years of experience managing and executing IT projects using various methodologies.
    • Experience managing client relationships from prospecting to development, with skills in coordinating technology and project management to deliver valuable projects.
    • Knowledge of managing revenue budgets, including strategy, operations margin, and budget preparation
    • Proficiency in overseeing presales processes, preparing offers, and ensuring CRM (HubSpot) compatibility; ability to ensure final offer quality.
    • Must be capable of providing detailed reports on portfolio health to the Managing Director and Global Board
