Job description:
As an Intune and M365 Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of modern workplace and Microsoft 365 services. You will work across endpoint management and collaboration platforms to ensure secure, stable, and user-friendly services in managed enterprise environments.
As an Intune and M365 Administrator, you will:
Configure and maintain unified endpoint management service (Microsoft Intune)
Deploy new images to endpoints and enroll new devices
Prepare, test and release software application packages alongside security updates to production environment
Collaborate on the documentation and maintenance of standard configurations that align with organizational security policies
Manage Microsoft 365 platform and collaboration tools (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business)
Setup new tenants in hybrid or cloud-only environments
Participate in migration of modern workplaces (emails, sites, messages, files)
Streamline operational efficiency through PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks
Required technical and professional expertise:
Proficiency in Intune, Entra ID and M365 in hybrid and cloud-only environments
Experience in application packaging in Intune
Practice in large scale endpoint migration using Autopilot
Nice to have
Expertise in migrating data and applications from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 and between different tenants, including familiarity with migration tools and best practices (e.g. Quest, ShareGate, BitTitan)
Willingness and readiness to communicate directly with customers while handling and resolving support requests
A customer-focused, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to understand and empathize with the customer’s perspective
Patience, attention to detail, and composure in high-pressure or crisis situations
Experience working in an SLA-driven support or managed services environment
Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, request, change, and escalation processes
German language skills
This role requires collaboration with customers from all around the world, therefore fluency in English is required (minimum B2 level). German language will be a huge benefit.
