Frontend Engineer (IIoT Platform)

Job description: 

Embark on a journey of continuous growth and advancement as a Frontend Engineer, where you will become an integral member of our talented engineering team, catering to the diverse needs of our clients. 

Take your expertise to new heights with cloudatus by delivering responsive, reliable and clean code to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of IIOT platform.

At cloudatus, you will: 

• Expanding and further developing an IIOT platform for monitoring the condition and predicting damage, failures and the remaining service life of gearbox products

• Analysing, designing and implementing software based on TypeScript and Angular in the frontend (with Java in the backend)

• Designing and implementing new functions in complex application landscapes

• Use of current cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure)

• Work in a young and dynamic team responsible for the entire product, from hardware to backend to frontend

• Design and support of agile methods and processes (e.g. according to SCRUM)

Required technical and professional expertise: 

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, media informatics, information technology or similar training with professional education

• Confident use of TypeScript, HTML, CSS and version management and development tools, as well as cross-browser know-how

• Experience in conception, design and implementation, ideally in a cloud environment

• Toolbox: SCRUM, Clean Code, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Container, Swagger/OpenAPI

Nice to have: 

• German language

• Experience with common libraries such as d3.js or Plotly desirable

This role requires collaboration with customers from all around the world, therefore fluency in English is required (minimum B2 level).

Location: Rzeszów, but this role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home or opt for more business-y settings in our office. It’s all up to you.
