Technical Support Engineer (3rd Line Support)
Location: Hybrid/KrakowFull-time | Permanent
We’re looking for a Service Delivery Engineer with strong 3rd Line Support experience to join our growing technical team. In this role, you'll be a key player in delivering and supporting our solutions for clients — from complex technical troubleshooting to collaborating on project delivery with internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues across infrastructure, network, and application layers.
Work with internal teams (Customer Success, Account Management) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Manage and support cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Configure and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automate processes with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and related tools.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and security best practices.
Support system migrations, integrations, and disaster recovery efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and technical support.
Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Proficient with scripting languages and SQL.
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
ITIL knowledge and certifications like Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
Bonus If You Have
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and automation.
A good grasp of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly.
