Senior .NET Developer

📍 Location: Kraków (Hybrid – 2 days office per week)

We're on the lookout for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to become a vital part of our Agile development team. In this role, you'll play a leading role in building and evolving web applications within the GDS product suite at ClearCourse. You'll guide small, focused engineering teams and help shape both the technical direction and quality standards of our solutions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership seriously, and is passionate about building reliable, modern software.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the development of web applications within a cross-functional Agile team

• Driving architectural decisions and ensuring code quality across the stack

• Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and delivery plans

• Supporting continuous improvement in development processes and practices

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and delivering full-stack web applications

• 3+ years of frontend development with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Vite

• 3+ years backend experience using .NET Core / .NET 6+ to build REST APIs

• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end project delivery

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly

• Comfort working across the full SDLC and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Familiarity with SQL Server, Redis, or other data storage technologies

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab), Docker/Kubernetes

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

• Experience using observability tools like Sentry or New Relic

• Interest or experience in AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
