Are you a seasoned QA leader with a passion for innovation, quality, and people development? Do you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where your input shapes both product and team excellence?

We’re now looking for an experienced and strategic CoE Lead QA to head up our QA Centre of Excellence.

As the CoE Lead QA, you’ll be at the heart of our software quality assurance success—managing a team of 7–10 QA engineers, shaping best practices, and leading both manual and automated testing activities (up to 50% hands-on).

You’ll:

• Lead and mentor QA engineers across multiple projects

• Own the QA Centre of Excellence – setting standards, tools, and strategy

• Balance hands-on testing with strategic oversight (Playwright, Selenium, etc.)

• Drive recruitment, performance reviews, and long-term career planning

• Collaborate with product, development, and delivery teams to ensure flawless releases

• Champion continuous improvement, test automation, and innovation in QA

• Influence architecture, tooling, and testing strategy across the group

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing clarity and confidence in our QA delivery

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years in a QA leadership role (Team Lead, Test Manager, etc.)

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with a focus on test automation

• Strong technical skills in Playwright, Selenium, SQL/noSQL databases

• Solid experience in testing microservices, SaaS platforms, and client-server apps

• Proven success in team management, career development, and performance evaluation

• Strong grasp of agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban)

• Excellent communicator – able to influence both technical and non-technical audiences

🌟 Nice to Have:

• Experience with cross-platform testing (iOS, Android, Windows, Linux)

• Exposure to payment systems or fintech QA environments

• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Playwright
