.NET Developer

Location: Kraków (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

Business Unit: ClearAccept, part of ClearCourse

We’re hiring a .NET Developer to join our fast-growing payment technology team at ClearAccept. You'll be part of a cross-functional Agile team working on a secure, cloud-based fintech platform used by merchants across the UK.

In this role, you'll collaborate with engineers, architects, and product specialists to build scalable, high-performance services. You’ll work across a modern tech stack, developing backend services and APIs that support critical payment functionality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building, and maintaining new features and services across our cloud-native payments platform

• Working closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, DevOps and QA Engineers to deliver production-ready software

• Estimating and refining user stories as part of a collaborative Agile team

• Ensuring code quality through best practices in design, testing, and secure coding

• Contributing to ongoing improvements in development processes and team practices

Tech Stack You’ll Work With

• Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, jQuery, CSS

• Databases: PostgreSQL (AWS Aurora), DynamoDB, SQL Server, MongoDB, DocumentDB, ElastiCache Redis

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Fargate, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Lambda, Cognito, etc.), Docker, LocalStack

• Other: CI/CD pipelines, secure development standards (e.g. OWASP)

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a professional development role

• Strong background in .NET Web API development

• Experience with asynchronous, multi-threaded and parallel programming

• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

• Confident working with and improving existing codebases

• Understanding of common design patterns and modern architectural approaches

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices

• Awareness of secure development practices (e.g. OWASP Top 10)
