    Job description

    Junior Process Improvement Specialist serves as a compliance risk analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) is an intermediate level role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex, sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams.


    Responsibilities:

    • Design, enhance, maintain, document and control AML Compliance processes with focus on process automation using tools like SharePoint, JIRA, design thinking and others
    • Perform AML Compliance quality and testing, evaluate process deficiencies, analyze control measures, enhance reporting capabilities and recommend corrective actions while satisfying regulatory and audit commitments. Further, assess and identify emerging risks and recommend / drive program enhancements
    • Create, develop and deliver relevant training and tailor-made communication to business and functional partners on managed processes.
    • Manage change delivery for the changes within AML Compliance team
    • Supporting the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRM.


    Qualifications:

    • First experience or knowledge of SharePoint Development
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
    • Process improvement oriented person- proven experience in delivering the improvements
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Project Management skills
    • Ability to collect information from stakeholders and easily communicate with them
