Senior Full Stack Engineer (C# , React)

Salary range: B2B - 35-38 E/h + VAT 💰

Ciklum is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team who can help us create an exceptional developer experience and take our Experimentation platform to the next level. Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable platform and services

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define technical solutions

• Drive initiatives to improve developer velocity, quality, and satisfaction

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship

• Stay current with advances in AI, developer tooling, and software engineering best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in backend or full-stack roles

• Proficiency in languages like C# and React

• Experience with AWS and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with REST/gRPC APIs and event-driven systems

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for developer experience and building tools that engineers love 

Desirable:

• Experience with the Experimentation area and dark launching

• Background in AWS AI ecosystem and tools like Bedrock

• Experience with GitHub copilot or similar
