Senior Project Manager (SAP / ERP)

Working as a SAP / ERP Project Manager, you will:

• Act as a key counterpart to external implementation partners, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Translate technical SAP scope into clear, actionable plans for business stakeholders
• Coordinate SAP-related initiatives across finance, controlling, procurement, and logistics
• Oversee testing, acceptance, and rollout phases of ERP implementations
• Support integration of new business units into the existing SAP landscape
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Challenge assumptions, manage expectations, and ensure realistic planning
• Ensure risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated effectively
• Take an active, hands-on role in driving delivery and supporting teams when needed

Our client is a large-scale healthcare organisation expanding its operations and systems landscape. You will support critical ERP initiatives, including integration of newly acquired entities, working closely with external partners while ensuring business alignment and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, Ariba, WMS, Finance or Controlling
• Experience working with external vendors / system integrators
• Understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle, including testing and go-live phases
• Ability to balance business needs with system constraints and limitations
• Strong stakeholder management across different seniority levels
• Pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset with no “ego-driven” approach
• Experience in large, complex organisations
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent
