Manual QA Engineer

Working as a QA Engineer, you will:

• Take ownership of the testing area and actively shape testing processes and quality standards
• Perform manual testing of web applications
• Create and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test documentation
• Execute regression and end-to-end tests
• Identify, analyze, and report defects found during testing
• Proactively suggest improvements from a quality and usability perspective
• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owner, and business stakeholders
• Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to the development team
• Contribute to user documentation in cooperation with the business team

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer / Tester
• Hands-on experience in testing web applications
• Strong knowledge of manual testing practices
• Experience in writing test cases and test scenarios
• Experience with regression and end-to-end testing
• Understanding of basic technical concepts (e.g. APIs, UI components, bug lifecycle)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the quality area
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Very good command of English (both spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience in roles influencing testing strategy or quality standards
• Familiarity with test management and automation tools (e.g. Playwright)
• Experience working with tools like Azure DevOps
