Quality Engineer

We are looking for experienced Automated Tester to participate in a team of 2-4 QA engineers to build and execute manual and automated testing for teams working on application development, UI updates, and/or technical upgrade projects.

Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications as well as for back-end applications.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using automation frameworks and tools.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.

• Identify, document, and track software defects and coordinate resolutions with the development team.

• Provide test metrics, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 3+ years of software testing experience

• Experience with automation tools: RestAssured, Selenium, JUnit/TestNG, Postman, Cucumber.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and test result analysis.

• Experience in testing in AWS cloud or hybrid environments.

• Preferred experience in the banking industry

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
