Duties:

• Contribution to the further development of ((OTRS)) Community Edition.

• Support and maintenance of ((OTRS)) CE and our custom add-ons, with occasional projects delivered on Znuny or OTOBO platforms instead.

• Implementation of new features aligned with customer needs.

• Ensuring high code quality through comprehensive testing and code reviews.

• Development of a SaaS product with an intuitive UI/UX, based on ((OTRS)) CE, currently in the MVP phase.

Must-haves:

• Very good knowledge of Perl, with at least 2 years of experience with commercial or open-source projects.

• Experience with ((OTRS)) Community Edition or one of its forks (Znuny, OTOBO).

• Familiarity with frontend technologies, especially JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience in building web applications.

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, MariaDB, and/or PostgreSQL.

• Good knowledge of the Linux environment.

• Good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level).

• Strong communication and self-organization skills.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working with Git.

• Experience working with Docker or Kubernetes.

• Experience working with Vue.

• Experience in testing (unit, functional, and end-to-end).

💰 Salary: 10,000 – 19,000 PLN + VAT (B2B) – The rate depends on your experience and level of independence—we’re looking for people ranging from Mid to Senior/Lead level, so the final offer will be tailored individually.
