And now, we are looking for an exceptional Technical Solution Engineer!


What you'll do

  • Build deep expertise across our platform — from front-end interfaces and APIs to backend logic

  • Diagnose, debug and resolve technical issues, communicating clearly with stakeholders about challenges, limitations and proposed solutions

  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to Clients & Partners, ensuring issues are handled effectively and efficiently

  • Manage incidents, fulfil service requests and support ongoing issues as well as change-management processes

  • Work closely with first-line Client Associates to strengthen their technical understanding, and partner with second-line Engineers to ensure smooth and timely problem resolution

  • Develop a strong understanding of our internal systems and codebase, enabling you to simplify and resolve server-side technical challenges with confidence


What we're looking for

  • Fluent English, as it’s our main language for day-to-day communication with clients and teams

  • A solid technical foundation gained through studies in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience

  • Good understanding of SQL, including interpreting database structures and writing effective queries

  • Ability to read PHP (our primary language) and understand backend logic; debugging experience (e.g. Xdebug) and writing simple scripts are a plus

  • Knowledge of HTTP communication and how systems interact through APIs

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and resolve complex issues

  • Understanding of ecommerce systems — ideally including headless setups and APIs such as REST or GraphQL

  • Experience working with logging and monitoring tools such as Kibana or Grafana

  • Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences

Our recruitment process

2. Online assessment: Complete a short assessment covering problem-solving and language skills. (Online, ~45 min)

3. Technical Interview: Discuss technical topics and work through role-related tasks in a real-world context. (Online, 1-1,5h)

4. Interview with the Manager: Meet your potential manager to explore the role, team setup and alignment with your experience. (On-site, 1h)
