Frontend Engineer

About the role:

Since we’re a small and close-knit team, the Engineering team has the biggest influence on the business by creating impactful solutions and being involved in most discussions around new feature development and implementation.As a Frontend Engineer, you will be part of a team that will help the product grow, contributing with new ideas and implementing just-out and creative solutions to make them happen. You have full ownership over the whole process.Moreover, if you’re into crypto, blockchain, and FinTech, this might be just your place as you’ll be surrounded by a like-minded crowd of driven and experienced professionals.

By helping users to get compliant against financial institutions, we’ll be helping the crypto ecosystem and adoption. Cense is a leading AML platform for on-chain and centralized exchange data. We offer the most comprehensive risk report to financial institutions, helping them onboard users in minutes.

What you will do:

• Design and implement technical solutions and own them (”You build it, you run it”)

• Contribute to the architecture evolution, solving scalability problems and thinking about how to make the system more resilient to errors.

• Although focused on Frontend development, you will also have the opportunity to work on our backend.

• Have a user-centric view, providing a smooth experience while keeping technical excellence.

• Work aligned with our company objectives, with full freedom to propose how to achieve them.

What you need:

• 5+ years of working experience as a Software Engineer involved in the development of frontend and backend solutions

• Deep practical knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and React

• Experience with NodeJS

• You are a self-learner, highly motivated, and not afraid to pick up new technologies

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• You can fluently communicate in English

• You have an interest in the cryptocurrencies/blockchain industry or are able to learn it.

Nice to have:

• Javascript frameworks for backend development
