Devops Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help drive automation and modern engineering practices across our technology platforms. This role is key to embedding a DevSecOps culture and improving delivery speed, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion DevSecOps principles with automation at the core.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for engineering teams.

• Deliver and manage Azure-based infrastructure.

• Automate development and release processes to improve efficiency.

• Enhance deployment frequency, reduce lead time for changes, and minimize failure rates.

• Ensure quality, security, and compliance of solutions.

• Implement observability and monitor production health.

About the Team

You’ll work in a cross-functional Agile environment, collaborating with developers to modernize legacy systems and deliver new services using the latest technologies. You’ll also play a key role in guiding teams on best practices and tools to strengthen their DevOps approach.

Your Expertise

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.

• Strong background in DevSecOps adoption and best practices.

• Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.

• Skilled in CI/CD pipeline design, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Docker/Kubernetes, and scripting (Python/PowerShell/YAML).

• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Experience implementing logging, monitoring, and security requirements.

• Familiarity with Agile and Continuous Delivery principles.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
