Your Key Responsibilities:
Testing and Quality Assurance with a focus on metrology applications
Test Design, Execution and Documentation: Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality and performance, focusing on metrology solutions. Create test documentation.
Test Automation: Develop automated tests using TestComplete software or scripting language.
Continuous Integration: Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to use and maintain continuous integration pipelines, ensuring seamless integration of testing processes within the software development lifecycle.
Collaboration and Communication: Engage in discussions regarding requirements, environments, data, and reporting. Participate in code reviews. Colaborate with Test Team
Test Design, Execution and Documentation: Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality and performance, focusing on metrology solutions and web application. Create test documentation.
Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot software defects. Work closely with developers to resolve issues and enhance software quality.
In this position besides the focus on metrology applications, your responsibilities will also include a focus on web applications
What we expect from you:
Minimum Technicians Degree in computer science, Engineering, Metrology, or related field. We are looking for those with a proven track record in a technical area or outstanding technical skills in Engineering, Metrology, or related field. High education is a plus
Understanding of metrology principles and dimensional measurement.
Proven 3-5 years experience in software testing,
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Fluent in English
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
Nice to have:
Understanding of metrology principles and dimensional measurement.
Experience with TestComplete software
Experience with Azure DevOps and its components (pipelines, repos, artifacts, etc.).
Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
