ServiceNow Developer
Your Responsibilities
Implementation of requirements through configuration, integration, and testing within the ServiceNow platform
Analysis and evaluation of existing system landscapes and interfaces
Development and integration of components
Execution of module, functional, and integration tests (preferably automated, e.g. using ATF)
Ensuring technical quality (logging, monitoring, error analysis)
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
Compliance with technical standards in accordance with Technical Governance
Proactive communication regarding risks, issues, and improvement suggestions
Support in maintenance, incident and problem management, as well as 2nd and 3rd level support
Your Profile
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in development and configuration within the ServiceNow platform
Ideally, relevant certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, CWA)
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git
High level of initiative, hands-on mentality, and flexibility
Mandatory Requirements
Completed IT-related education or at least 5 years of professional experience in IT
At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer within the last 5 years
Very good knowledge of software quality assurance and related tools
Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Miro
At least 1 year of project experience in agile teams
Business-fluent German (C1) and very good English skills (B2)

Location: Remote – candidates residing in Europe are welcome
