Your role

We are seeking a skilled SME to support application migration projects utilizing DBB/Git/IDD Solutions. The SME will play a key role in guiding clients through the Endevor (and other SCMs) DBB/GIT/IDD conversion process, providing technical expertise, hands-on migration support, and training delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong z/OS and mainframe background, experience in application development or system programming, and proven customer interfacing and troubleshooting skills within migration environments.

Your tasks

• Lead and support migration projects from Endevor (and other SCMs) to DBB/Git/IDD environments

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot DBB/Git/IDD solutions on client systems

• Analyse, convert, and validate Endevor applications to ensure seamless migration

• Provide ongoing technical support and resolve DBB/Git/IDD related issues

• Deliver client training sessions and develop clear, engaging presentation materials on DBB/Git/IDD and migration processes

• Partner with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes

• Create and maintain documentation covering migration processes, best practices, and technical resolutions

Your profile

• You bring a strong background in Application Development or Systems Programming, with proven experience in z/OS installation, migration, and troubleshooting complex IMU-related issues.

• You are proficient in Groovy scripting, YAML, and Git, with hands-on experience managing repositories, debugging pipelines and builds, and working with DBB/IDD toolchains.

• You have excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical training sessions and presentations, and support clients in diagnosing and resolving conversion-related errors.
