Your role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will design and deliver intelligent automation and AI‑driven solutions across Microsoft’s ecosystem. You will build optimized workflows, custom tools, and integrations using Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Power Automate, REST APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Your work will shape scalable, secure enterprise AI capabilities and strengthen data connectivity across systems.

Your tasks

• Develop end‑to‑end tools and automation workflows using Copilot Studio and Power Platform

• Build custom connectors and actions integrating with external REST APIs and data sources

• Enhance conversational AI features, including multilingual voice and generative responses with attribution

• Implement security and compliance best practices across all solutions

• Troubleshoot and maintain deployed applications

• Mentor team members on integration strategies and AI‑driven development

Your profile

• Strong understanding of REST API integration and workflow orchestration

• Proficiency in PowerFX and hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Power Platform

• Experience with Copilot Studio and Copilot for Microsoft 365

• Expertise in building custom connectors and actions in Power Platform or Logic Apps

• Knowledge of Power Apps, Dataverse, and enterprise integration patterns

• Ability to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel

• Understanding of multi‑agent workflows, reasoning engines, and autonomous agent design

Nice to have:

• Python experience for programmatic interaction with Copilot Studio agents

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK

• Rapid prototyping of generative or agentic AI solutions

• Knowledge of Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle integration capabilities

• Exposure to AI safety testing frameworks

• Experience in consulting or client‑facing technical roles.
