Infrastructure Monitoring Analyst with French

YOUR TASKS

• Continuously monitor IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases, storage, backup systems) using monitoring tools.

• Perform daily health checks and analyze results for anomalies. 

• Respond to alerts and system alarms promptly.

• Execute first-level troubleshooting and resolution for auto-generated incidents (Server, Database, Storage, Network).

• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams following SOPs.

• Follow documented procedures and operational guidelines strictly.

• Ensure compliance with ITIL and internal standards.

• Prepare and send daily, weekly, or monthly operational reports.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware/software issues.

• Work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage.

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Centreon)

• Very good verbal and written French language

• English at a communicative level

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and IT infrastructure components.

• Ability to identify issues from logs and monitoring dashboards.

• Strong verbal and written communication for effective collaboration.

• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain documentation accurately.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• Team player with readiness to learn and adapt.

• Initiative-taking and customer-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with scheduling tools (TWS/IWS), z/OS/MVS, or cloud monitoring.

• Certifications like ITIL Foundation or CompTIA Network+.
