YOUR PROJECT

Global Time Management (GTM) program for a leading multinational consulting firm, operating in 39 countries and supporting 350,000 employees. The initiative focuses on integrating and stabilizing a SaaS-based time and absence solution (including Replicon) with enterprise systems (SAP BTP, Datahub), ensuring data accuracy, security, and operational efficiency through collaboration with global teams.

YOUR TASKS

• Act as the main point of contact for GTM in-country, managing requests and changes.

• Work with Level 2 support to resolve incidents quickly.

• Organize workshops to gather requirements and ensure legal compliance.

• Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams.

• Support integration flows between SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.

• Assist with testing, cut-over, and post go-live support.

• Maintain documentation and align solutions with global standards.

YOUR PROFILE

• Client-focused, able to manage requirements and improve processes.

• Skilled in workshops, requirement gathering, and ensuring compliance.

• Strong communication and collaboration in global teams.

• Comfortable making decisions and influencing stakeholders.

• Solid understanding of SaaS solutions; knowledge of Replicon is a plus.

• Familiar with APIs, secure integrations, and platforms like SAP BTP or MuleSoft.

• Experience with data mapping and transformation; basic scripting knowledge (Java, Python, SQL) is helpful.

• Awareness of GDPR and cloud-based environments.
