YOUR TASKS

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution.

  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills

  • Fluent proficiency in Greek and English language (C1)

  • At least 1 year of international customer service area.

  • Good technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, well versed with Excel and other MS Office tools, graduation must.

  • Dedication to the customer experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.  

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and interactions while prioritizing requests and concerns.
