As an Incident & Network Operations Support Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading provider of network and Call Centre infrastructure across 55 countries. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the stability and resilience of global telecommunications services, supporting platform engineers, and leading critical incident calls to ensure swift restoration of services. Your main responsibilities:

  • Support global telecom incidents by providing expert resolution and leadership during service-impacting issues

  • Monitor and manage telecoms infrastructure, escalade vendor tickets, and facilitate recovery efforts to minimize service disruption

  • Collaborate with incident managers, technical teams, and vendors to resolve Data Centre and network incidents efficiently

  • Lead and participate in “follow the Sun” operations within a diverse international team, including shift and weekend support

  • Drive improvements in service delivery, process efficiency, and fault prevention using data analysis and continuous feedback

  • Ensure adherence to global standards, contractual commitments, and best practices in incident management and network operations

  • Work proactively to reduce infrastructure outages and recurring failures, enhancing overall service stability

  • Support ongoing training and certification to stay updated on new telecom technologies and tools


You're ideal for this role if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in network support, telecoms, or incident management

  • Strong knowledge of Data Network Topologies and protocols

  • Familiarity with ITIL/Agile frameworks and incident management best practices

  • Experience working within a global team environment and supporting international infrastructure

  • Ability to analyze data for proactive fault identification and process improvements

  • Demonstrated teamwork skills, with an aptitude for collaboration across diverse teams and vendors

  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and technological innovation


It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

  • Certifications in Networking or Telecoms (e.g., Cisco, ITIL)

  • Experience with telecoms supporting tools and platforms


Language Required for the role:

  • Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages


Eligibility to work in Europe:

  • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
