Robotics Automation Engineer

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Robotics Automation Engineer to help modernize and maintain our global automation ecosystem. This role combines hands-on development with operational ownership, focusing on delivering high-quality, reusable, and resilient automation solutions.

You’ll work across technologies like C#, Blue Prism, and Power Automate, supporting both development and day-to-day operations—including monitoring, incident response, and lifecycle management. Your contributions will be key to accelerating delivery, enhancing reliability, and aligning with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable automations using C#, Blue Prism, and Power Automate

• Build and maintain reusable components for SharePoint, legacy systems, and APIs

• Implement and support automation pipelines with job monitoring and alerting

• Integrate automations with ServiceNow for ticketing and orchestration

• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and cross-functional collaboration

• Provide operational support and incident resolution for deployed bots

• Evaluate new automation opportunities, especially in voice and IT operations

• Ensure smooth handovers and knowledge sharing across global teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in RPA (Blue Prism or similar)

• Strong C# scripting and automation logic design skills

• Familiarity with Power Automate is a plus

• Experience with SharePoint, legacy systems, and API integrations

• Hands-on DevOps experience in RPA: monitoring, lifecycle, support

• Understanding of ServiceNow workflows and integrations

• Comfortable working in global teams across time zones

• Strong analytical and debugging skills

Preferred Skills:

• Interest or experience in voice automation and IT operations

• Basic scripting in PowerShell or Python

• Experience documenting automation standards and operational runbooks
