Part-time React Native Growth Engineer

The role

You help grow Campy by turning ideas into measurable experiments in our mobile app. You collaborate closely with Laurens (marketing lead) and Gijs (product/design lead) to design and run growth/monetization experiments in the app. You own the engineering execution, take responsibility for quality and measurability, and actively contribute ideas.

What you’ll do

• Implement growth experiments in close collaboration with Laurens (marketing, co-founder) and Gijs (product/design, co-founder)

• Translate hypotheses into clean, testable implementations

• Build and improve the experimentation framework (feature flags, A/B tests, configs)

• Implement and iterate on monetization flows (paywalls, pricing tests, onboarding)

• Ensure experiments are measurable, safe, and reversible

• Actively suggest improvements to experimentation, analytics, and tooling
