As an IT Administrator at Callstack you'll manage IT equipment, networks, and cloud solutions. You'll troubleshoot issues, support ITSM platform development, and implement automation to streamline operations.

As an IT Admin you will:

• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including troubleshooting and hardware upgrades.
• Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, and VPN networks, and manage network hardware and DNS domains.
• Oversee user account management, permissions, and access control with IAM tools.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues and support ITSM platform development (Freshservice).
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Manage software licenses and ensure compliance. (SaaS)
• Administer on-premises and cloud servers (MacOS, Windows, Linux), and monitor resources (Zabbix).
• Manage cloud infrastructure and hybrid solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Implement automation scripts for administrative tasks. (Bash, PowerShell).
• Monitor cloud resources and propose IT cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and manage SLAs.
• Create and update technical documentation for IT infrastructure and policies.

REQUIREMENTS

You are the right candidate if you are:

• Proficiency in MacOS and familiarity with Windows and Linux.
• Experience managing LAN/WAN networks, particularly with Ubiquiti Unifi devices.
• Knowledge of IAM tools (Google Workspace) and cloud server management (GCP).
• Ability to automate IT processes.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing SLAs.
• Permanent stay in Wrocław (work mainly from the office).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
