Duties

  • Analyze, maintain and monitor data processing solutions
  • Create, update or merge accounts using a variety of systems
  • Connect with and support customers
  • Take ownership of and follow-through with the processing issues and client cases
  • Research root cause and determine next steps for resolution on varying level of complexity
  • Ensure that all internal and external customer interactions are handled professionally and with the highest level of service

Required skills

  • Excellent command of English
  • Service-oriented attitude, patience, thoroughness and good attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in U.S. business hours (2 PM – 10 PM CET)
  • Practical knowledge of MS Excel
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Experience with customer support is a plus
