System Analyst
Warsaw/Remote
You will be responsible for:
- Gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and coordinate development or configuration changes within our event-driven hub product
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and develop comprehensive solutions
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and implementation plans
- Support the implementation and testing phases to ensure the product meets defined requirements and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a distributed environment, with the ability to solve complex integration scenarios, including data flow analysis using tools like Kibana, Grafana, and AKHQ
- Monitor and optimize performance to ensure the stability and reliability of the event-driven hub product
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders, articulating the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions
What you will need:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a System Analyst, Developer, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in requirement gathering, system documentation, and solution design
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data integration
- Proficiency in Polish and English is required
- Practical knowledge of DWH related topics as well as practical skills of SQL/PLSQL (Snowflake) and noSQL (MongoDB) databases

Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with the ability to understand and document cloud-native solutions
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging frameworks (e.g., ELK stack).
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Good understanding of networking and security protocols, particularly in the context of industry standards and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, EKS)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and technologies, with strong diagnostic skills to identify root causes
Nice to have:
- Microservices / SOA
- Experience as Solution architect / Business & System analyst
- Familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python is a plus
