Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing team focused on developing an event-driven hub product.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in automating deployment processes, managing infrastructure, and supporting the implementation of our event-driven hub product. This product aims to address the unique challenges and opportunities within the pharma industry, positioning our organization as a trusted technology partner. This opportunity will allow you to contribute to transformative projects and help advance healthcare technology, while also playing a significant role in our company's growth strategy. 

You will be responsible for:

• Manage infrastructure 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a distributed environment, with the ability to solve complex integration scenarios across multiple systems and technologies 

• Monitor and optimize performance to ensure the stability and reliability of the event-driven hub product 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery 

• Prepare argumentations articulating the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions 

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines 

• Create and maintain technical documentation

  
  

What you will need:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer, System Analyst, Developer, or in a similar role 

• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes

• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols

• Experience in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure), event streaming platforms (e.g. Apache Kafka, HiveMQ), CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI), scripting (e.g. Python, Bash)

• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible), monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack), Java Runtime Environment, Agile methodologies and DevOps culture

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in Polish and English (level B2 is a must)​​

Nice to have:

• Experience with IoT protocols such as MQTT, OPC-UA

• Knowledge of manufacturing industry systems and processes

• Basic skills of SQL/PLSQL (Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases 

• Java programming skills
